First and foremost, communication is key to ANY relationship, especially with the biggest transaction you will make in your lifetime. We communicate every step of the way with you as well as all vendors in the transaction. 

Research is Imperative

One of our duties as Realtors is to search and disclose potential problems in any home. While we are not home inspectors, we do attend home inspections to help buyers and future buyers spot any red flags that we see. We also do market research to help you get the most bang for your buck. 

Negotiations

We are certified in negotiations. We have taking a certification class to help us excel in this area. With Kris' law enforcement background and Amanda's accounting background, we have succeeded in negotiating on our client's transactions. Amanda does an excellent job on pulling property reports for both buyers and sellers we work with. This helps us strategize with our clients from structuring an offer on the buyers side to accepting offers on the seller side. This helps with due diligence repairs and credits during the transaction.
